Baby Bump 1 Week PP

What a week- I can't believe our little Elias is a week old today. Things have been a bit crazy so I didn't get to post this morning like I planned. This will be a short post, but I wanted to share a few pictures. In also happy to report that Elias' cord fell off yesterday and today we found out he's already back up to his birth weight. Looks like he could be a big boy!

This is the last picture of my "progress" that you will see on the blog. Just wanted to quickly update with 1 week pp. Looking a few months pregnant still, but feeling good!

    We have those receiving blankets too! Our boys could be twins!!

    Did you end up going with cloth diapers?? Which ones? Charlie was in his at 2 weeks.

      Hahaha nice! We probably have lots of the same things! =) Love it!
      We aren't doing cloth diapers until we are in our own place. Planning on going with Bum Genius though. What do you think of yours? Which are you using?

      We started Charlie in cloth around 2 weeks. It was great to not have to worry about buying diapers. We use the flip system by the same company as bum genius. It's a liner and cover. I really like them. I also have some bum genius from my sister that I use. I like them but hate unstuffing and re-stuffing them. I recomend unstuffing them as you change them so it's not as gross.

    Melanie you look absolutely fabulous!
    Elias is the most beautiful baby boy - and I'm so happy you posted that picture with his eyes open because I see Jetty in that little face of his which means he's going to end up being the perfect combination of you both (before I thought he just looked so much like you did as a baby that how could there be any Jetty in there too? I'm glad there is!).
    Keep posting updates and photos - there is a lot of love for that little boy here in Ontario and we want to see as much of him as possible :o)
