Since I can, I had to create my own. So step one in family binder creation was linked to our new dedication to healthy eating. To start we knew it would need to be deliberate and planned so the first page I created for the binder was a menu planner.
We filled it all out and Jetty got the groceries yesterday! This allowed me to start my 3rd day of 6am gym off with a great breakfast of egg whites, english muffin and kiwi. Yum!
